Quests for each faction's T3 Cloaks
T3 Cloak Appearance
The T3 RvR cloak quest itself will be to kill 100 of your equivalent opposing faction then 10 of each class of that faction. E.g. for Chaos it will be to kill 100 Empire players and 10 of each of the Empire classes.
Location: Avelorn, Chapter 10 (24.5k, 11.5k)
Order
All Factions - Pressed Treekin Barkhide
Quest: Bark Bigger Than the Bite (215 War Tokens required)
Fly to Ellyrion and run south through the portal to Avelorn. Find and kill the Ragewood Treekin champion who drops a quest item. Click it in your inventory to start the quest, then head to Chapter 10 to find Avelornian Treesinger. Complete the quests (gathering, buying items from the NPC, using items etc. - DO NOT prebuy the items before the quest tells you) then the final stage you will need to wait 1 hour for the hide to complete. You can log off and the timer still runs. Go back to the NPC when the timer runs out to get the cloak.
Location: High Pass, Chapter 12 camp (42k, 59k)
Empire
Griffon Lieutenant's Cloak
Quest: Cold-Blooded
Fly to High Pass and run East towards the Chapter 12 camp, to the right are some rocks and a couple of spiders. You will find a cocooned Griffon leaning against a rock. Click it to get the start of the quest then head back to the T3 warcamp to hand in and get the cloak quest.

High Elf
Shining Protector's Cloak
Quest: The Heart Resists Corruption
Fly to Avelorn and run North following the path until you find a Maiden of Avelorn beside a tree. Click it to get the quest then head back to the Avelorn T3 warcamp to get the cloak quest.
Location: The Badlands, Chapter 14 (53k, 50k)
Dwarf
Oathbearer Defender's Cloak
Quest: A Sight to Begrudge
Fly to Kadrin Valley and run West to enter The Badlands. Then run South to the Black Ork Slog PQ (be careful not to go near the Destro warcamp). Then cross the bridge to the hut at the top of the hill and fine the Dwarfen Cargo to the left of it. Click it to get the quest then port out to the Black Fire Pass Warcamp to hand in and get the cloak quest.
Location: Saphery, Chapter 13 (21.4k, 24k)
Destruction
All Factions - Chipped Griffon Wingmantle
Quest: It's All the Rage (215 War Tokens required)
Fly to Saphery and head North East to the Trial by Fire PQ. Run up the hill and you will find a champion mob called Adolescent Skyrage Griffon, kill it and it will drop the quest item Skyrage Griffon's Hide (it has a 30m timer so click it right away). Run to Chapter 13 camp to find the Beast Hunter. Complete the quests (gathering, buying items from the NPC, using items etc. - DO NOT prebuy the items before the quest tells you) then the final stage you will need to wait 1 hour for the hide to complete. You can log off and the timer still runs. Go back to the NPC when the timer runs out to get the cloak.
Location: Talabecland, Chapter 12 (48.5k, 9.5k)
Chaos
Raven Plunderer's Cloak
Quest: Plunderer's Pursuits
Fly to Talabecland and run East until you find a villiage with some rocks. You will find a Raven's nest to click to start the quest then run back to the warcamp to hand in for the main quest. Come back to this NPC when you have done all the kills to get the cloak.
Location: Avelorn, Chapter 10 (4k, 2k)
Dark Elf
Uthorin Reaver's Cloak
Quest: We Came to Burn
Fly to Ellyrion and run south to Avelorn to enter near Chapter 10. Then run north around the mobs to the cliffs to find the body of a Druchii Torchearer. Head to the Avelorn Warcamp south to find Ildraneth Deathstorm and get the quest.
Location: Black Fire Pass, Chapter 13 (18.5k, 33.5k)
Greenskin
Bloody Sun Sneaky Git's Cuvva
Quest: Like What You See?
Fly to Black Fire Pass and follow the path to the West, go up the hill and you will find a Snow Peak Eye. Click to start the quest then war-report back to the warcamp in BFP to find Torka and get the quest.
