Quests for each faction's T2 Cloaks
T2 Cloak Appearance
For the new T2 cloaks there are two reward options, the cloak and the plain cloak. The difference is that the plain cloak is able to be dyed but it is a repeatable quest and you can get both!
The quest itself will be to kill 50 of your equivalent opposing faction then 5 of each class of that faction. E.g. for Chaos it will be to kill 50 Empire players and 5 of each of the Empire classes.

Order
All Factions - Hydra's Skin Mantle
Fly to Shadowlands and head north to the portal back to Chrace, just before the portal is a Blackheart Hydra level 17++ hero. Kill it then start the quest from the item that dropped. It is timed but simple enough. Head to Chapter 6 and talk to the hunter, complete the steps (buying things from him, using them, collecting things) then you will need to wait 1 hour for the hide to 'conserve' before you get the cloak.

Empire
Griffon Soldier's Cloak
Fly to Troll Country and run north out of the war camp up the hill. When you reach the top, go to the edge and you will see a ledge slightly lower down with a tree, and to the other side of the tree is a body of a Fallen Griffon Soldier. Click it to get the quest then head back to the war camp to hand in to get the Cloak Quest.

High Elf
Shining Protector's Cloak
Fly to Shadowlands and run into the RvR lake heading north west to the northern hills. There will be a corpse on the top of the hills called Nagarythe Warrior. Click it to get the quest then head back to the war camp to hand in to get the Cloak Quest.

Dwarf
Oathbearer Prospector's Cloak
Fly to MoM and go via PvE roads to the bridge and jump off. Swim to the island and go the other side of the tree carefully without sliding down the waterfall, to find a Fallen Prospector body. Click it to get the quest then head back to the war camp to hand in to get the Cloak Quest.
Location: Ellyrion
Destruction
All Factions - Ellyrian Steed Cloak
Fly to Ellyrion and head south to find a hero steed by the river bank. Kill it then go to chapter 6 in the north and find the hunter. Then buy the items, go and collect others to complete the quest. The last stage is to wait an hour for the cloak to finish.

Chaos
Raven Minion's Cloak
Fly to Ostland and head out of the war camp to the east. Keep running to the boarder of Ostland and look around the rocks until you find a Raven's Nest in between (very similar to T1 quest).

Dark Elf
Uthorin Taskmaster's Cloak
Fly to Shadowlands and head north towards Chapter 6, just before the PQ Ruins of Nagarythe head towards the sea where the cockatrices are and in between the trees is a Petrified Corpse. Click it then hand in the quest at the war camp to get the cloak quest.

Greenskin
Bloody Sun Git's Cuvva
Fly to Barak Varr and run into the underground port. There are a couple of ways into this area, via PvE and RvR lake, choose PvE cave entrance, Khaz Kol Bar, and go down the spiral tunnel until you reach the camp. Then when you go through the camp, past some dwarf mobs, you will see a ship in front of you and another to its left. Go around the first ship from the right side, or go straight across it, and go up the ramp to where all the dwarves, barrels and boxes are. You want to stay on this level and head west towards an Organ Gun with two dwarves by it, then carry on walking that narrow bridge and pass the statue in the middle. Finally head round the corner to the right and you will find the Slain Smasha that you need to click. Then head to war camp to hand in and receive the cloak quest.
Note: Unlike the T1 cloak, you do get two options and the plain option can be dyed.
